This overhead rail conveyor shot blasting machine delivers high-efficiency, continuous blast cleaning for castings, forgings and small metal parts. Large workpieces are suspended on dedicated hooks, while small parts are mounted on special fixtures. Loaded hooks travel along a closed loop rail into the blasting chamber.
Inside the chamber, workpieces rotate to receive uniform steel shot impact from high-performance blast wheels. After 2–6 minutes of blasting, parts exit for unloading or subsequent coating.
