1. Wide Applicability & Flexible Transmission
Small-diameter pipes (Φ16–Φ600mm): Equipped with a V-type conveyor. The angled design relative to the pipe centerline enables simultaneous forward movement and rotation, ensuring 360° uniform blasting.Large-diameter pipes (Φ159–Φ2800mm): Adopts an adjustable-angle roller conveyor. Both running speed and pipe rotation speed are frequency-conversion adjustable. The bottom-mounted blasting wheel layout maximizes cleaning efficiency and uniformity.

2. High-Efficiency Abrasive Circulation System

Fitted with an overflow induction-controlled multi-stage curtain winnowing separator and a special polyester core elevator. This system achieves automatic sorting, purification and recycling of abrasives, reducing consumption and ensuring consistent blasting quality.

3. Sealed Blasting Chamber & Reliable Dust Removal

The blasting chamber uses multi-layer sealing curtains, adaptable to different pipe diameters, preventing abrasive leakage.
Equipped with a pulse reverse-blowing cartridge dust collector. It delivers excellent dust removal performance, low maintenance and a long service life, meeting environmental emission standards.

4. Durable Construction & Intelligent Control

The blasting cabinet is made of tough, wear-resistant manganese steel, with internal protective liners for extended service life.
Standard configuration includes a Siemens PLC control system, touchscreen display, automatic/manual mode switching, turbine auto-start, working-hour counter and frequency converters for drive systems. It supports integration into automated production lines with drying chambers and coating stations.
