This shot blast machine is designed for the mechanical descaling of wire coils.Wire coils to be processed are mounted on two rotating arms, which revolve on their own axis and are alternately conveyed into the blast chamber. Multiple blast wheels inside the chamber ensure full, uniform coverage of the wire surface.

The arm-carrying door is heavily protected with high-wear-resistant manganese steel linings. The door is equipped with two geared motors that drive the rotational motion of the coil-supporting arms.

The rotation of the arms within the blast compartment is programmably controlled to ensure optimal exposure of the wire coils to the abrasive blasting action.The rotation of the external arms can be manually adjusted by the operator.The diametrically opposed dual-arm arrangement enables simultaneous operation: coil cleaning inside the blast zone, and loading/unloading outside the chamber, greatly improving processing efficiency.

 

Features

Rotating Door with Dual Chambers

Two chambers are positioned on opposite sides of the rotating door, allowing the operator to load/unload wire coils in one chamber while the other chamber is in the blasting cycle. This design delivers higher production throughput and minimizes abrasive leakage.

The surface of the rotating door is fitted with high-wear-resistant manganese steel alloy liners up to 10 mm thick, providing durable protection against abrasive wear.

Rotating Coil Holding Arms

Two rotating arms, fabricated from high-strength steel alloy, deliver excellent load-bearing capacity. They are installed in the two chambers of the rotating door, and lined with a layer of heavy-duty wear-resistant rubber for extended service life.

Featuring a segmented eccentric design, the arms rotate alternately clockwise and counterclockwise. This motion agitates and spreads the wire coils, ensuring full exposure to the abrasive stream for consistent, uniform descaling.
